Sports Massage (prices from 1st May 2025)
Initial consultation and treatment - 1 hour
The initial consultation will include completion of medical history paperwork, client assessment and initial treatment, which could include sports massage, dry needling, dry cupping, electrotherapy, ultrasound etc.
Follow up treatment - 90 mins
Sports massage for multiple areas. Can include IASTM, acupuncture, dry needling, dry cupping, electrotherapy, ultrasound etc.
Follow up treatment - 1 hour
Sports massage for multiple areas. Can include IASTM, acupuncture, dry needling, dry cupping, electrotherapy, ultrasound etc.
Follow up treatment - 45 mins
Sports massage for larger and/or multiple areas. Can include IASTM, acupuncture, dry needling, dry cupping, electrotherapy, ultrasound etc.
Follow up treatment - 30 mins
Sports massage for smaller areas, e.g. calf. Can include IASTM, acupuncture, dry needling, dry cupping, electrotherapy, ultrasound etc.
Under 16 consultation & treatment - 30 mins
Sports massage for Under 18's (parental consent required)
Dry (fire) cupping treatment - 1 hour
Dry cupping treatment for back and any problem areas using the fire cups.
Dry (fire) cupping treatment - 45 mins
Dry cupping treatment for back and any problem areas using the fire cups.
Dry needling / medical acupuncture - 45 mins
Dry needling and/or medical acupuncture treatment for multiple areas.
Dry needling / medical acupuncture - 30 mins
Dry needling and/or medical acupuncture treatment for one or two areas.
Ultrasound package
Block of 6 follow up ultrasound treatments (approx 15mins per session)
Kinesiology Taping
Specialist taping for pain relief, reduction of swelling and support for joints and muscles.
